Hello :)
I'm looking for someone to share my apartment with. The room is available come February first. It comes furnished with a nice double bed, dresser, table, desk, lamp and you have a pretty spacious closet.
This building is very secure.
The rent is all inclusive for:
-All utilities
-Cable
-Internet
-Home phone
-Gym Membership (The gym is fully equipped and there's also a pool, sauna, basketball and squash courts.)
The living room is large and the whole apartment is just very spacious. It spans over 1k square feet and the view is lovely. (I'm on the top floor.) I'm also in the middle of painting. The kitchen and hallway will be red once I'm finished. I've left the second bedroom in a neutral colour however.
Students and working professionals welcome. I don't particularly care who I live with, as long as you are polite, respectful and clean. I also DO NOT appreciate loud house parties. My home is my oasis, so if you'd like to live here you should also appreciate a quiet and peaceful place.
I have two very lovely cats (see pics), and they are used to going any and everywhere. They are absolute darlings and won't cause any trouble whatsoever.
A little about me: (So you sort of know the type of person you may be living with)
-I play music or listen to the radio in the mornings to get ready for college.
-I laugh really loud if I'm reading or watching something funny
-I love to laugh. Period.
-I keep to myself most of the times but a good chat every now and then if we're both at home at the same time is also awesome
-I love piano and my guitar. I just love music in general.
-I don't drink or smoke (This is a non-smoking household, but if you drink go right ahead.)
-I take my work very seriously
-My best friends say I'm just crazy, and random, and fun :p
I go to Laurier, and the uni is literally just up the road (5 - 7 mins) away.
Waterloo Uni is about 20 mins away.
If you think I might be someone you'd like to live with, and that this place sounds ideal for you, contact me at: (519) 572- or (519) 208-. Ask for Aalicia. First and last months rent required upon signing the lease. Max; four months lease.
Cheers!
P.S: Please note that pictures never do the size of a place any justice...I suggest going full screen when viewing the pics to get a better idea.
